Time to dust off the priority 3-4 items in the PDA To-Do list and give them to my VA to plow through. Reading your post reminded me of a quick project I gave my VA a couple weeks ago. I sell bumper stickers on one of my sites, problem is that there aren't any good envelope sizes readily available at Office Depot for shipping. I had my VA research envelope sizes and contact companies for more info. Worked beautifully. Footnote: Jed, I'm so glad to see that your VA is submitting time taken for each task... great idea!
