Kayal works fine for finding fares with the big mexican airlines but for really cheap airfare, try the low cost airlines websites like:
interjet, volaris, vivaaerobus, alma. Some of them offer flights as low as 1 peso plus taxes which comes to around 25 US dollars.

Kayak offers a really good experience through many of their offers. I found out about them through a magazine earlier this year and have been nothing but pleased with them.

Best in your travels with a family,

Jed,

I've refined working from wherever over the past few years. I use a core group of tools to make it seamless. First is Vonage (VOIP) for phone calls. I also have an international cell phone from Mobil as a back up. For project management we use Basecamp. When I need to "show" a client or collegue something, I use a screencast program and a USB headset to do a quick movie. Personally, I use iShowU (for the Mac), but Camtasia will do it on Windows. These movies allow me the recipient to hear my voice, see my screen and also play it back for clarity as much as they want. It takes me one step closer to being there.

Good Luck,
Michael

Sweet. I've used Kayak for in-U.S. flights, but never had the opportunity to go international. But either way, Kayak's the best!
